Our company has been in business for over 20 years. We hired WIT Digital for SEO and online marketing services. When we decided to cancel our service, they completely erased all the history and work we had built up — wiping out years of online presence, rankings, and established content. This sudden removal has severely damaged our visibility and is causing significant harm to our company. In my opinion, this is extremely unethical. Businesses should be aware that if you ever stop working with them, you risk losing everything they managed — even the history your company built before hiring them. We are now left struggling to rebuild from scratch because of their actions. If you are considering their services, I strongly recommend asking in writing what will happen to your digital assets, history, and accounts if you cancel, so you don’t end up in the situation we are facing.
