Heidi and her team are a dream to work with when it comes to understanding SEO and Google ads. Most recently we had them redesign our website after DIYing ours for over a decade. I was skeptical at first, especially being that I would need someone to update the content for me. Our website is incredible and a fountain of information for our clients. Terrible experience with this company. Our website was created and managed with them for over a year, and it was an underwhelming experience from beginning to end. We cut ties with them in January, and they are still attempting to bill us in March for services we canceled two months prior. If you want no results, an aloof account manager, overcharged/nickel and dimed, you should go with this company. If you would prefer to go with a company that will build your SEO and website according to your vision and you want long-term success, go with another company, any other company, but not this one.
