Rich is an excellent partner for our Web Site maintenance. Not only did he do an outstanding job with our page design but his company is great about monitoring and recommending updates. He is also always available for changes and timely answers to our questions. I would highly recommend him for any web based project.

Rich is very easy to work with and provides great feedback and suggestions for creating an optimal business website. We have been very pleased with our experience and he is extremely prompt in answering emails/texts regarding changes and modifications to the website. He is very knowledgeable and creative and I was pleased that after a brief meeting regarding what we envisioned for our new site, he had a temporary site ready in a few days for us to modify. We go live tomorrow with our new website which is much more user friendly and visually pleasing.

If I submit a question to him, I always get an answer very quickly and never more than a day past when I submitted the question. He keeps his customers informed and current with a monthly newsletter. He will reach out to his customers before then if there is a pressing matter affecting our websites. I am very pleased that I have someone so reliable when it comes to my internet presence.
