When I went in for a new ring because I lost mine scuba diving, she was able to find me the most perfect one to not only highlight the special details I loved about my first one, but it also complimented my new taste some years later. My experience with Kay was mixed at first. I felt rushed into making a decision and then upon picking up my ordered ring, I realized that it was not a good fit for me. Nenah was incredibly patient and helped me find the perfect anniversary band. She was understanding, had my best interest in mind, tried several rings so I would know I had made the right decision. Just got my ring back today and I absolutely love it!
