CGN built out a high performing site for my contracting company. I later chose to use a local designer to maintain the site for me, a personal choice of physical proximity to the designer. Even with that change in leaving CGN after a couple years, they helped with the transition in the most professional fashion I could have hoped for. We signed on with Contractor Growth Network back in March/April of this year (2025). We've had nothing but excellent experiences with not only our rep (Stephanie), but of every team member in our group. Each member has important specialized skills that assist in different ways -- you're getting an A+ team when you sign on with them. We communicate via Slack and I haven't gone more than 24 hours without getting a response, regardless of time zone differences. We decided to revamp our website and improve our SEO at the same time. A lot of the website revamp depends on providing the proper information, which is on us. We started getting much busier as we moved through this process so there have been delays on my end in getting photos in. CGN has not only been accommodating to this, they've taken on things outside the original scope of work and went the extra mile to fix some broken pages and links before the new site comes out so our existing live site is still professional. On top of this, in the meantime our SEO has improved in areas we weren't even aware were possible. We've never had leads come from AI however lately it seems like our top qualified lead generator is ChatGPT (OpenAI). Over everything else, the one thing I can guarantee you is CGN CARES. Each CGN employee on our team seems to share the same passion and excitement around our growing company as we do -- this is something many promise but few deliver. CGN does. Customer service with CGN is incredible! From their initial sales process and through the process of building my new site, everything felt relaxed yet very professional.
